Jardín Perpetuo opens a space for contemplation to reflect on our relationship with the digital world. Drone and ambient music performed live in Dolby Atmos. Each session moves through the same three moments—Saturation, Contemplation, and Liberation—but no set is ever the same. It is created in the moment, performed once, and never exists again. A different garden every month.
Edgar Mondragón is an electronic music producer with more than 30 releases and 2 film soundtracks. He is considered "one of the brightest lights of Mexican electronic avant-garde" according to the digital media outlet REMEZCLA. IMGN is the VJ project of visual artist Erik López, whose work experiments with photography, video, and Artificial Intelligence to create landscapes that address themes related to contemplation of the digital world. Together, they have developed an audiovisual symbiosis that has been presented in prominent cultural venues, such as the CCE, the CCD, the LAA, and the IIC-UABC. They have also participated in renowned international music festivals, including MUTEK México+Japón 2020, MUTEK Montreal 2021, MUTEK México 2024, Pitchfork, SXSW, NRMAL, and Hipnosis, and brought their creativity to a special collaboration with the iconic brand Adidas in 2025.

yes. cancel any booking through this website. you'll get credits for the seats you paid for if you cancel at least 12 hours before the session (6 hours if you have an active Sona Members or All Access subscription). inside that window the booking can still be cancelled, but no credits are issued and there are no cash refunds. credits work on any future session.
no, but we recommend wearing something comfortable for sitting on the floor. because the room is very quiet, we recommend soft fabrics. try to avoid "noisy" synthetic materials like nylon or windbreakers, as the sound of moving in them can be distracting to others. also, we leave our shoes at the door, so we recommend wearing warm socks.
if you need a chair for medical or physical reasons, please let us know when you arrive.
yes, we serve a curated selection of non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks, but all refreshments must be finished before you enter the soundroom.
