Many people arrived at this record expecting the next Pink Floyd album and that is why they never really managed to understand it. The Endless River is not trying to be that. It is a farewell to Richard Wright, the keyboardist whose sound was at the heart of the band from the beginning. David Gilmour and Nick Mason took unreleased recordings from the The Division Bell sessions to build, years after his death, a final album around him. It is worth listening to it as a single piece. There are almost no vocals and the songs flow into one another, leaving the keyboards, synthesizers, and guitars in the foreground. More than the last Pink Floyd record, it is an opportunity to listen carefully to Richard Wright, a musician whose contribution was often overshadowed by the figures of Roger Waters and David Gilmour.
We select albums for their cultural relevance, emotional depth, rich textures, and technical detail—to ensure they sound their absolute best in our space.

no, but we recommend wearing something comfortable for sitting on the floor. because the room is very quiet, we recommend soft fabrics. try to avoid "noisy" synthetic materials like nylon or windbreakers, as the sound of moving in them can be distracting to others. also, we leave our shoes at the door, so we recommend wearing warm socks.
if you need a chair for medical or physical reasons, please let us know when you arrive.
yes, we serve a curated selection of non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks, but all refreshments must be finished before you enter the soundroom.
