terms & conditions

by purchasing a ticket and entering sona, you agree to the following terms:

tickets

cancellations & credits: cancellations are processed through the user's account. credit-refund deadlines depend on the booking type: (a) tickets booked without an active Sona subscription must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the session start time to be refunded as account credits; (b) tickets booked while holding an active Sona Members or Sona All Access subscription must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the session start time to be refunded as account credits; (c) Sona Members tickets claimed using the monthly benefit and cancelled within 12 hours of the session do not produce credits and the monthly slot remains consumed for that billing period; (d) Sona All Access bookings cannot be cancelled within 12 hours of the session and the user is liable for the no-show fee described below. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, do not have a cash value, and may be used only for future Sona sessions.

no late entry: sessions begin strictly on time to preserve the immersive environment. late arrivals will not be admitted and will not be refunded.

no-shows & no-show fee: failure to attend a confirmed booking forfeits the ticket and no refund or credit is issued. For Sona All Access bookings that are not attended and not cancelled before the cutoff, a no-show fee equal to the event's ticket price is charged per missed listener after any paid seats in the booking are absorbed. The fee is charged automatically to the payment method on file.

health

intoxication: sona reserves the right of admission. any guest appearing visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs/alcohol to the point of disruption or health risk will be denied entry or removed without refund.

personal responsibility: you acknowledge that you are participating in this listening experience voluntarily. sona is not liable for any adverse physical or psychological reactions resulting from the sensory environment (darkness, spatial audio) or any substances consumed prior to arrival.

experience

technical guarantee only: sona is responsible for the technical quality of the playback and the functionality of our audio systems.

subjective experience: we provide the space and the sound; the music is the artist's creation. disliking the album, the genre, or the artistic content is not grounds for a refund or complaint.

rules

device storage: all phones and smart devices must be stored in the provided lockers. sona is not responsible for items left unlocked or unattended outside of these secure areas.

conduct: silence is required inside the Soundroom. violation of the "no talking" or "no device" rules will result in immediate removal from the session.

jurisdiction

these terms are governed by the regulations of Mexico City. by entering, you release sona (and its owners, partners, and employees) from any liability regarding personal injury or property loss during your visit.
